    I thoroughly read and understand the below Tuition Policies, Medical Information, and Agreement Terms. I understand Lil’ Dance Starz, LLC assumes no responsibility for personal injury. I grant permission for any of my children’s photographs/videos to be used in promotional literature or for promotional purposes. Check Here >>

    Tuition Policy and Agreement Terms:
    Tuition and Registration fee are due at registration to maintain class placement and space.
    A fee of $55.00 is an annual registration fee (non-refundable)

    Monthly tuition fee:
    $120.00 (for Tuesday OR Thursday)
    $240.00 (for Tuesday AND Thursday)
    $36.00 (per private session)-Wednesday by appointment ONLY
    ***All sessions are 1 hour***

    DRESS CODE:
    Dance: (GIRLS) Black leotard, pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes. (BOYS) Black tights, knit shorts or pants, a fitted white t-shirt, and black ballet shoes
    Tumble: White or black t-shirt, cotton or knit pants/shorts, socks. No shoes or baggy street clothes
    HAIR NEEDS TO BE SECURED BACK FROM FACE FOR BOTH CLASSES
